Mr. Douglas brings over 35-years of experience in the textile industry including the collection of goods, ownership of multi-unit thrift locations, wholesale distribution and brokerage of goods both nationally and internationally. He is experienced in creating and running private companies, as well as taking private companies public. He holds a BS from the College of Business at Florida International University.
NICK BOARIU, CFE
C.O.O. & Co-Founder
Mr. Boariu brings over 15-years of experience in multi-unit retail and franchise operations, franchise consulting and is a co-founder of multiple franchise brands. He is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) by the International Franchise Association (IFA) and is a contributing author to The Secret To All Things Franchising. He is a graduate of the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship Executive Program and the Winner of Florida State University’s 2020 Seminole 100 Award. He holds a BS in Marketing from Florida State University.

Greybull Stewardship, L.P. (“Greybull”) is a private equity fund with a variety of business interests. These interests include multiple franchisor brands in various industries-including dry cleaning, travel, recycling, business brokerage and construction warranty management. Greybull’s team and network includes experienced operators in franchise systems, and the fund helps the brands grow their franchise systems.

Franchise Development Manager
Mr. Campbell is a proven entrepreneurial leader with 25-years in executive and senior level sales management for both start-ups and established organizations. He specializes in building and developing discovery process strategies and consults directly with our CEO and corporate team. Craig will be your liaison throughout the Clothes Bin Franchise discovery process and will help you with any questions that you may have along the way.
CHAD BOARIU
Director of Marketing & Training
Mr. Boariu brings over 15-years of experience in the franchise industry with multiple brands, and specifically, has worked closely with schools, PTA’s, principals and their affiliated programs to raise money for their programs in need through partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
ERIC ALVAREZ
Operations Manager
Mr. Alvarez brings over 15-years of experience in the franchise industry at an operations level in multiple brands where he served as VP of Operations and Regional Operations Manager. He has an extensive background in retail sales management with emphasis on operations, profitability, personnel development, product presentation and customer service.
CHRISTINA NAPOLES
Franchisee Liaison
Ms. Napoles is the franchise liaison to Clothes Bin franchisees and manages the logistics for the National Buyer Program. She is an experienced project manager having worked for a large construction company as well as an electrical contracting firm.
